Gawd! here or there, tv sucks!!!

time to take a break from daily hammering of news reports and biographc stories coming from all directions abt the life_and_after abt another merilin manroW in the making, Annna Nickkole, posthomously; snowfalls and super-bowls; robberries and reported fire break outs, President Day hush hush in the consumer market, and primary run-ups for the Presisdency by high profiles.
time to move back to subscribed desi tvs and put head deep butt & consume n number of baskets of potato chips sitting on the couch... a hapless home-coming to Indy idiot box... old agonising reality shows, music games, grand saans-grand bahus' soaps with characters in 20 somethings rigging out silvery wigs to turn from romantic newlyweds to dutiful parents and cut two -> to worn out forth generation patriarch of "the respective families" and still going on! ;)
time to get on to see the flip-flop of Indian hopes in upcoming WC with individuals shining and whining in every next match like as uncertain as itself, just abt next to the sub-continental neighbours...
time to bear the onslaught of recently_released_n_instantly_ambushed_into_oblivion hindi movies...

did u hear that? seems dat in the messy world of internet giants tugging for bigger pies, the now grown up Ggle (the David) clearly standing out n elbowing all the Goliaths! (personal account of a small town mortal currently surfing from a weak signal Liberty area hotspot of NJ)

Seems like He has pressed some "mute" button, everything is so silent here! Cars rolling on, hordes of folks walking around on the streets, snow falling like shooting stars from heaven, light rail ferrying up and down, choppers revolving round Manhattan skyscrapers and those vessels crooning as they float over to eastwards; but like all of them are playing some who_talks_first_loses game...

Just a swishiiiing sound of fluvial breeze blowing with usual "cold"-blooded mood from above river Hudson!

All I can hear is high gladiatorial war cry coming out from within.. .. ..

Don Shabd!

Don Shabd!

Frends, companymen, and all!

Hmmm, Actually I still cant believe I am penning down this post (Oh yeah ;iterally, thanks to the broadband connection that just turned even narrower that i am unable to log in onto my blog page). Its 5 to 12 midnight that I am at my desk as usual planning my todos for the next day. But an exception to this usualness is just even as I am writing down, I am readying myself to usher in yet another "fine day!". The day that I will like to ask HIM to last forever! But, like all good things this also has to come to an end :(As the tradition mandates and as I was asked couple of times recently to say "two words" i am obliged to do it on my sincere_most part (same time i can imagine that mishievous smile on whoever asked me to say two words, virtually testing my thought recollection, and expression ability ;) ). i mean, how can I do this humongous task in just two words :) ? Come on! (see i am done with two words already). So to follow the protocol me attempts to say those two words (me wonders shall these apt to "thank you" OR "Thanks Lot" OR "Best Luck" OR just "Stay Connected" OR "Ta Ta" OR "Tata Birla"; last one, courtsey, some serious side effect some nice company in our company ;) ) Anyways, its not done, i mean just to give u an idea y X th std. farewell two words had last eight full-sized pages.

So, to cut down on capital punishment to dear readers i reduce this sentence to just another two paragraphs (hope that's a fair deal farewell post!). Given this, I won't be poetic here rhyming on how good our company is, wont iterate how much you all helper me groom and grow, can't go ga ga over our past achievements as a team and unit. Two words restricts me not to talk much about the support_n_guidance you all provided me from time to time, forget naming every one of you reading this, and surely won't flatter you folks as how gr8-9-10 bunch of people we are! Just two words and and so I can't get nostalgic about all those moments that i have lived and thouroughly enjoyed and will cherish forever. Just as I say this, no matter if those moments flashes b4 me (a la Robert Patrick from TII who while going down in acid tank remembers many disguises taken all thru his life). Moments like: "Appearing for that test/ interviews", "those first days / induction", "those first team / company parties", "those elderly eyes hovering around your desk at start of the day wishing all gud mornings", "those early arrivals to office N those late night stays", "those bug bashes and those monthly b'day parties", "those con calls and those boring meetings", "those product switches and those new challenges and that joy of overcoming them all", "those defects/ customer issues and that !dea bulb clicking just when you reach ack home", " that gr8 migration to new location and those office outings", "those post lunch walk the talks".. .. .. Gawd! bhulaye nahi bhool sakta hain koyee!!!

I have just two words and that means neither can I be philosophical here to think "kuch pane ke liye kuch khonea padta hain!", nor will I think of that beautiful pyramid rule of why and how exactly this happens! But I must thank for having this chance to use two words that gives me liberty to say exactly what I want to say, simply "Thank you!"All this last 5 years and five months I say myself working as we do, learning as we do, and achieving those goals as we must and haveing that beautiful time together and am sure we will have it going ahead, but only thing is in this "we" "I will be missing". Yup, I will be misisng all this, for sure!Wishing you all the Best, me too signs off well b4 that evil's in my empty mind today keeps knocking with those uninvited memories to let me finally give up!

Adios!!!

Nostalgic Nostalgia...

Its been long long time i have ever blogged anything worth read on any of so many of my blog pages... Is it a looooong hibernation or just that i have really nothing to write, me wonders? One thing sure, Its not been a dead-end to the journey of thoughts that used to find some words on the blogs... nor has been the thought process frozen... its just like that you are not seeing an old friend for no reason and then you suddenly find no reason for doing so... it keeps going on in a loop until you allow the shackles to be broken, the mind to be freed of all uncalled-for dogmatic adjudicature of your_self... Its a kind of mental stalemate that you reach in that you 've to struggle to get out of... But a la old lost friend whom you meet accidentally and then just happens unknowingly you keep flowing down the memory lanes, me finds myself pretty same whenever it comes to keyboard beating a sound of all such nostalgic incidences on to the blog...

On a side note, its yet another co-incidence of incident, that finds me with some spare time to take stocks of the year gone by... But again as you put aside all your to-dos when you meet an old friend and keep going on babbling on and on... till no ends... i acceptedly put aside all the by-gones and morrows and relish the present so that i miss not the chance to break free those shackles yet again... :-)

Me bows down to usher in a new friend, Year 2006 !

BindView Rocks !!! even as we embrace a new friend, Symantec !

QLC: Being_Twenty_Something

Answers? I have many, but me still searching for a simple question to them!

By the time we all will get over it, we are sure gonna start showing MLC symptoms sooner or later... (And if one finds denying being in the same state, shall say will only be facing QLC longer than the rest). So here's an attempt to get over it ASAP. And the best way as they say, to put troublesome things aside is to accept they are troubling you... So with all respect to the tested school of these thoughts, no more bullshiting this very fact... (yup, mebbe a little occasional bullfarting would no doubt help...)

Me defines it and make it a History once and for all! Period.

They call it the "Quarter-life Crisis." It is when you stop going along with the crowd and start realizing that there are many things about yourself that you didn't know and may not like.

You start feeling insecure and wonder where you will be in a year or two,but then get scared because you barely know where you are now. You start realizing that people are selfish and that, maybe, those friends that you thought you were so close to aren't exactly the greatest people you have ever met, and the people you have lost touch with are some of the most important ones.

What you don't recognize is that they are realizing that too, and aren't really cold, catty, mean or insincere but that they are as confused as you.

You look at your job... and it is not even close to what you thought you would be doing, or maybe you are looking for a job and realizing that you are going to have to start at the bottom and that scares you.

Your opinions have gotten stronger. You see what others are doing and find yourself judging more than usual because suddenly you realize that you have certain boundaries in your life and are constantly adding things to your list of what is acceptable and what isn't.

One minute, you are insecure and then the next, secure. You laugh and cry with the greatest force of your life. You feel alone and scared and confused. Suddenly, change is the enemy and you try to cling on to the past with dear life, but soon realize that the
past is drifting further and further away, and there is nothing to do but stay where you are or move forward.

You get your heart broken and wonder how someone you loved could do such damage to you. Or you lay in bed and wonder why you can't meet anyone decent enough that you want to get to know better.

Or maybe you love someone but love someone else too and cannot figure out why you are doing this because you know that you aren't a bad person.
One-night-stands and random hook-ups start to look cheap. Getting wasted and acting like an idiot starts to look pathetic.

You go through the same emotions and questions over and over, and talk with your friends about the same topics because you cannot seem to make a decision.

You worry about loans, money, the future and making a life for yourself... and while winning the race would be great, right now you'd just like to be a contender! What you may not realize is that everyone reading this relates to it.

We are in our best of times and our worst of times, trying as hard as we can to figure this whole thing out.

And Bon_Yovi euphoria continues...
this time in Blaze of Glory:

You ask about my consience
And I offer you my soul
You ask If I'll grow to be a wise man
Well I ask if I'll grow old
You ask me if I known love
And what it's like to sing songs in the rain
Well,I've seen love come
And I've seen it shot down
I've seen it die in vain
Shot down in a blaze of glory...
